Please review your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. We will take measures such as sending the same item again.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns due to the buyer changing their mind.

Exceptions/non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular product, please feel free to contact us.

We're sorry, but sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without justifiable reason. As above, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
